Delta Green’s archives from 1969 – 2001 are spotty at best. The cowboys placed within the NSA government databases secret trips and notes to call forth alarms when certain conditions are detected. Unfortunately, when no one is left alive who knows what the codes mean, The Program must investigate blindly. When a death trips an alarm on certain keywords, Agent Charlie must get a group together and fast. She has little to go on, and even less knowledge about who she has on the operation.
