"Everyone Loves Temporal Anomalies"

After the extensive Section 31 debriefs and other discussions that in no way ever happened, The U.S.S. Aster is sent to the Carina System to investigate some strange anomalies. Children born on the colony are aging rapidly, plants grown for winemaking are rapidly withering and structures meant to last decades are only lasting a year or two. A solution to this problem must be found soon or the entire system might become uninhabitable.
