With the issue of the Invictus quest safely done and the items returned to the covenant, the coterie needs to head up a new lead. They decide it is prudent to investigate the one covenant they have yet to look into, the Ordo Dracul. Working with Wurm’s Nests is tricky business, especially for the uninitiated. Fortune is on their side, however, as a casual drive from Point A to Point B leads them by a major plot location.

Upon recovering the item from Motor City Casino, the players begin to investigate what exactly they have bled for. Liberal use of The Spirits Touch reveals that things were not so cheery in the past of the Motor City Kindred. In addition, things might just get out of hand as one of their own succumbs to their baser instincts.

It’s the night of the New Moon and the timing is perfect for the coterie to head to Motor City Casino and execute a rather cryptic request from Chicago’s Invictus. As far as they know, they are just picking up a package. Unfortunately, they failed to consider if anyone ELSE is looking for it.

Now that the Vampires have something to work with, its time to start hacking into computers and extracting the sweet, juicy plot information from inside. Unfortunately, it seems that some of the other, more combat oriented characters don’t want to wait around for the info. Will they begin to unravel the secrets of what happened to the Kindred of Detroit? Or will they just make more work for the party to clean up later?

It turns out that Jason wasn’t going to just kill the party mid-campaign. So that’s good. Now that the players have learned a thing or two about their enemy, it’s time to do what they do best, go completely off script. But it turns out that even going off of the beaten path will cause them to run into some interesting people.
