Welcome to The Phantoms of the Operas, A Delta Green campaign. In this campaign, we are going to be playing through a series of one shot scenarios, linked together by common characters in order to explore what happens to the people before, during, and after the mission. Working Group Raoul is created to deal with the remnants of Delta Green’s past. Unfortunately, it looks like the first team to investigate has mysteriously disappeared. Time to send in the B team!
