"It was supposed to be a 5 minute stop!"

We have all had these game sessions. The snacks are flowing and the pop is plentiful. The GM has an idea of what is going to happen next and it is simply a matter of getting the party to the next destination. However, the party has other plans. Traveling to the next star system along the Path of the Mask was supposed to be a quick, hand-waved excursion. But the players have something else in mind.
