With a bunch of half-baked Descriptions and a vague direction, the new team of Outlaws head out to the field. But will they find answers? Or just more questions? Who are these elements that are calling themselves Delta Green? What the hell happened to CDC Flight 191 Secure? Where did that blue dog go? And most importantly…Where did our handler get a flamethrower!?!

Hunted, bloody, and scared, the team attempts to follow orders the best they can and head for the plane to take them to Idaho. Unfortunately, it looks like all of their violations of operational security are finally going to catch up with them. In a unique episode, we get to see the first transition of the campaign and learn why playing telephone is way more dangerous with the fate of humanity is potentially on the line.

Welcome to The Phantoms of the Operas, A Delta Green campaign. In this campaign, we are going to be playing through a series of one shot scenarios, linked together by common characters in order to explore what happens to the people before, during, and after the mission.
